Here's a project we can get behind and we hope you will too!

In the wake of 2009's documentary Outrage, which shined a light on closeted politicians actively legislating against the LGBT community, a new fictionalized film traces a similar story.

A Queen Without His Crown, written and directed by award winning filmmaker Carmen Palaez, targets those politicians that are "holding equality hostage in their closets."

Remember that ad during the Superbowl? The one about God making a farmer?

Well here's one in the same vein, but with a powerful message that may hit closer to home (unless you're a farmer, in which case you're doubly covered).

Though we're pretty equal opportunity when it comes to men in uniform, especially when they risk their lives fighting for our country, we've gotta admit that as things stand now, we're much more likely to give our undivided attention to those strapping Marines than the Army boys that haven't quite caught up.

The Marines announced last week that they wouldn't stand for any sexual orientation-based discrimination with regards to Marine-affiliated spouses' clubs that intend to use Marine base resources.

The Army? Well, not so much.  More after the jump.

Carmen Electra has decided to dust off the music career that first brought her to mainstream attention in the early nineties (before it flopped and a profession as an uber sexy TV personality took its place) with a new club single, "I Like It Loud."

The good and bad news about Carmen's return to music? Bad first: Carmen returns to music. The good? She exhausted the world's supply of AutoTune in the process, meaning there likely won't be a second single.

Should Prince's protege have said anything at all, regardless of the volume? Follow the jump for a taste of Carmen's return to music and sound off in the comments. Keep it loud. Carmen needs you to scream it in her good ear.
