It looks like California may hit the Boy Scouts where it hurts--in their wallet.

A move to make the organizaion ineligible to receive nonprofit tax breaks based on its discriminatory practices, passed its first vote today in the California state legislature.

Wow! In a bold move that, if passed, will certainly provide incentive for groups to embrace equality, California State Senator Ricardo Lara (D-Long Beach) and Equality California, today, announced the introduction of new legislation that would remove a state tax exemption for any youth group, that discriminates against members and leaders on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity.

And yep, that includes the Boy Scouts.

Max and Charlie Carver (of Desperate Housewives fame) are returing to our radar to put some dirty rumors to bed. After a Teen Wolf fan complained that there won't be any shirtless studs on the third season, the show decided to flex some muscle to wrestle the worries to the ground. 

"Here's hoping this photo puts those ugly rumors to rest," writes a Teen Wolf rep on its Tumblr page.

Apparently, Manti's gay friend Ronaiah Tuiasosopo was the one behind the hoax the entire time and developed "intense feelings" for the athlete during the entire episode.

A French appeals court has upheld a ruling ordering GlaxoSmithKline to pay €197,000 ($255,824) to a supposedly heterosexual, married man with children who claims that a drug given to him to treat Parkinson's Disease turned him into a 'gay sex addict'.
