Judging from our headache and vertigo, it must be the morning after Hollywood's biggest night. Like any morning that has us reaching for the bedside bottle of Advil, memories of last night's Oscars are double-edged: some we'll treasure forever in a Pinterest page or something; others make us shudder with regret and want to schedule an extra session with therapist this week.

There were lots of memorable moments from last night's Grammys, but we cannot get over our favorite five seconds of the proceeedings that had nothing to do with Kelly Clarkson.

As usual, Maggie Gallagher proves that her war against an American minority group has less to do with everyday Americans and their families and more to do with CEOs and dollar signs.

In rebuttal to word that Reuters has come out against Minnesota's upcoming anti-gay marriage vote, Maggie references a CNBC report to claim that "nine out of ten top states for businesses have marriage amendments."

That's great if you're a multi-millionaire CEO! But the story for the general population of these states is much less sugarcoated than Maggie would like you to know. Details follow.
