We'd like to stroke our own egos by thinking that our inclusion of The Iron Lady on our "Top 10 Movies of 2011" roster is to blame for the film's wildly-successful limited-engagement opening this weekend. Once again, Instinct has assigned two of its sassiest editors—Jeff Katz, Senior Editor, and Jonathan Higbee, Associate Web Editor—the task of assessing the year in pop-culture, and 2011's bountiful list might include the most eclectic selections to date.

To conclude the series, Jeff and Jonathan shred the prescription for 7-day antibiotics to succumb to the most...

New York marriage equality, one of our picks for "Best of 2011," wouldn't have been possible without the aggressive fight waged by Governor Andrew Cuomo.
