Every few months an LGBT or LGBT-friendly group comes along to ask the community to start eating at Chick Fil A again because the fast food company's charitable arm (WinShape) has had a change of heart. According to new IRS filings that have been made public, these gay-friendly chicken evangelists are wrong. Like, almost $4 million wrong.

Glee heartthrob Grant Gustin announced via Twitter late on Tuesday that he is doing both his intestinal track and conscience a favor by dumping Chick-Fil-A.

Gays might not be able to bite into a hate-fried Chicken-fil-A sandwich guilt-free, but at least we can sink into the couch with a bowl of General Mills cereal and watch a marathon of The Office without feeling anything (except maybe lazy).

A few eyebrows were raised last week when it was discovered that TOMS shoes founder Blake Mycoskie recently appeared and spoke at a Focus On The Family event in Southern California. After all, TOMS was believed by many to be a pretty progressive company with a large gay following. But after a web uproar, Mycoskie is changing his tune. As if its members need any more fast food, the wackjobs at the American Family Association have started a "buy-cott" that instructs Jesus-loving homophobes to eat as much of Chick-fil-a's fried chicken as possible. Watch the anti-gay hate group's video plea, after the jump.

Considering the year long controversy, you'd think Target would want to at least appear to be trying to get back within our good gay graces. But, nope—a marriage equality group that canvassed Target shoppers outside San Diego, CA stores is being sued by the retailer. 

It's time for an official Chick-Fil-A boycott, folks.

Last week the business mogul revealed that he's even against anything resembling marriage benefits (medical, civil benefits) for same-sex couples.

In light of Trump's bigotry (whether it's authentic or manufactured to pander to the extreme right ahead of a possible 2012 presidential run), New York-based activist Allen Roskoff thinks we should be boycotting all of Trump's business interests, including advertisers from the new season of Celebrity Apprentice, which premiered Sunday.

The Salvation Army's decision to pick and choose which parts of the Bible it injects into its policies (guess which passage from Leviticus it has chosen?) have turned off possible donors this year in Chicago, according to LGBT activists.

While the Salvation Army attributes it's 13% drop in holiday donations to the recession and bad weather in the region, Andy Thayer, co-founder of the Gay Liberation Network, believes the group's antiquated homophobia is to blame. "You can say you are the nicest Christian organization in the world, but if you are sending a message that some people are more equal than others--that is not acceptable," he says.
