Dharun Ravi was sentenced to 30 days in jail today after being found guilty of bias intimidation and invasion of privacy in the case related to Rutgers student Tyler Clementi. Details follow. 

Bristol Palin has now tasted what some of the countless LGBT she denigrated last week suffer through their whole lives after criticizing Obama's support of legal recognition for gay-couple-helmed families. Though it's always a head scratcher when a bully throw a tantrum after being criticized for their bullying ways, a few of the comments posted to Bristol's blog entry do take it way too far. 

Madame Secretary Hillz has come to our aid once again.

She's delivered a speech against bullying, and yes, you could construe it as being against bullying in general, but we know she loves us best.

On Wednesday, Missouri Rep. Zachary Wyatt became the only gay Republican state level lawmaker currently serving (according to The Victory Fund) when he came out of the closet to fight the state's despicable "Don't Say Gay" bill. While the intense limelight has understandably made Rep. Wyatt's already busy schedule even more frenetic, he took a little time to chat quickly with Instinct about coming out to fight anti-gay bigotry in Missouri. 

The National Organization for Marriage continues to spin the staged walkout of Focus on the Family's Christian students at one of Dan Savage's recent speaking engagements. This time, the anti-gay group is using the orchestrated event as leverage in an attempt to get the White House to denounce Savage and It Gets Better. 

Missouri's despicable "Don't Say Gay" bill has brought the closet door swinging open for Rep. Zachary Wyatt, who announced that he is gay at a press conference designed to oppose the homophobic legislation.
