GLAAD's annual ranking of networks based on LGBT representations in television is finally here, just in time to give us a sense of where we need to direct our DVRs ahead of the fall TV season.
There seems to have been a bit of flip flopping in positions this year, but it's no real surprise who lands on the bottom and who was quick to assume the top. Before we get too distracted by the previous sentence's innuendo, let's take a look at how the networks rank in 2012!

In what I believe is the first major LGBT-related leak, Wikileak's has released a cable between Uganda and the U.S. that describes a deteriorating human rights emergency and worsening -- if that was even possible -- of violent, deadly homophobia in the African nation. The silver lining in the correspondence between a U.S. diplomat in Kampala and Washington shows that the American government might be more concerned with the possible genocide than they lead us to believe.
