Anti-marriage equality advocates are feeling pretty desperate, hence the hilariously creepy ads that they're airing in Washington state. 

Children's voiceovers? Claims that their rights (to hate) are being violated? Whining that they're the victims? It's all there. 

We guess this is the knee-jerk reaction when you're being trounced in fundraising and you know the end of your bigoted road is near.

An age discrimination lawsuit has been brought against Abercrombie & Fitch (we're assuming the fired employee turned 22 and hence had to be shot) and it's brought to light the highly specific tastes and requirements of company CEO Michael Jeffries as it pertains to his private jet travel.

From the sounds of things, Jeffries' jet could double as a mobile Abercrombie flagship store complete with its famously sculpted employees and seizure inducing fragrance.

Jacksonville is paying a hefty price for failing to pass gay-inclusive non-discrimination legislation in many ways, but one of the earliest and most tangible costs affects the Florida city's economy greatly.

Chicago Alderman Joe Moreno is trying his best to remain diplomatic but has obviously lost patience with Chick-fil-A in the wake of the fast food chain seemingly breaking the pro-LGBT contract he says they signed off on last week.

With the timing coinciding with an ideal and historic moment in the MLB's transformation of acceptance, could his story be the spark the sports wolrd needs?

Just in case there was any confusion, Chick-fil-A CEO Dan Cathy wants to make sure you know the company is definitely still anti-gay.

Following through on a promise they made in 2010, a group of San Francisco Bay Area Gold's Gym franchises have ended their contractual affiliation with their parent company, following payments made by the company's CEO to anti-LGBT conservative organizations.

They have now formed a new franchise group called Fitness SF.

Clearly, they understand that a gym with no gays is a church with no congregants.

As evident in its motto alone, the City of Brotherly Love & Sisterly Affection goes against every bigoted bullet point on Chick-fil-A's anti-gay agenda. Therefore, City Councilman Jim Kenney has sent a letter to Chick-fil-A's homophobic CEO to blast his war against the LGBT community and promise to introduce a resolution officially condemning the fast food chain.

The PR firm representing Chick-fil-A will be working hard again this week to earn its check as it plans to clean up yet another homophobic rant spewed by the fast food chain's CEO Dan Cathy. 

So, how has Cathy managed to turn up the volume on his war against a minority group? 

We reported on Tuesday about Jennifer Tyrrell's newest campaign aimed at ending the Boy Scouts' ban on LGBT Americans by focusing on the CEO's of AT&T and Ernst & Young who moonlight as board members for the organization. Well, within hours of announcing the GLAAD-backed campaign, at least one CEO and Boy Scouts board member has responded positively.

Jennifer Tyrrell, the former Boy Scouts den leader who was ousted for being gay, has launched a new campaign calling on the CEOs of AT&T and Ernst & Young—two extremely LGBT-friendly compaines—to end the organization's discrimination against gay people. 

A coalition of LGBT groups is planning a protest of the Human Rights Campaign during an upcoming Los Angeles event. Why? The Occupy Los Angeles Queer Affinity Group and GetEQUAL are unhappy with the HRC's decision to make Goldman Sachs CEO Llyod Blankfein its national spokesman for marriage equality AND the honoring of said controversial financial firm with a HRC Corporate Equality trophy.
