The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission has released its report on the Fort Worth raid that landed bar patron Chad Gibson in the hospital with a brain injury. The report finds that two agents and one sergeant committed a total of 19 violations during the infamous June 28 Rainbow Lounge debacle. Though they face disciplinary actions, the officers have five days to respond in writing.
TABC policy violations include:
Participating in a joint operation with Fort Worth police without approval from a supervisor
Failing to submit a complaint card against the Rainbow Lounge
Conducting bar inspections in unapproved attire
Failing to follow bar inspection procedures
Failing to report the use of force and injuries
