Just in time for National Coming Out Day comes the re-edited and paperback version of Youth In Crisis: What Everyone Should Know About Growing Up Gay (Formerly titled Crisis: 40 Stories Revealing The Personal, Social, And Religious Pain And Trauma Of Growing Up Gay In America)  

Youth In Crisis which came out in 2008 was the "It Gets Better" before the "It Gets Better" project. The book tells the stories of 40 LGBT people, from public personas like Nate Berkus, Richard Chamberlin, Tammy Baldwin, Martina Navratilova, Bishop Gene Robinson and Barney Frank to leaders in the community and youth.
