Hmm...Paraguay presidential candidate Horatio Cartes has a pretty interesting way of articulating his opposition to marriage equality.

When asked how he'd react if his own son sought to marry a man, Cartes had a colorful answer: He'd shoot himself in the balls.

Paris Hilton is taking over the role formerly played by Rupert Everett this week of unfiltered homophobic idiot. In audio acquired by RadarOnline, Paris's unmistakable voice is heard disparaging gays who hookup as "disgusting," going on to say that "most of them probably have AIDS."

With the audio and the comments clear as day and ricocheting across the Internet, how is Paris's team trying to spin this as proof that she's our BFF?
