Our parents told us a story (because we weren't born until 1995, according to our fake I.D.) of the controversy the still-cool then Madonna incited in the mid-90s after dropping the F-Bomb on The Late Show with David Letterman. Now, a letter Her Madgesty wrote under her popular penname "The Anti-Christ" and sent to Letterman in response to the controversy has surfaced, and will go on auction next month

The Anti-Christ writes to Letterman in 1994:

"Happy Fucking Birthday Dave! glad you could get so much mileage out of the fucking show. Next time you need some Fucking publicity, just give me a fucking call.

In a ballsy move that Microsoft employees perhaps believed would go unnoticed, a white man’s head was inexplicably Photoshopped (rather crudely, even) over a black model’s on the company’s Polish website. The gaffe understandably incited an intense backlash, with Microsoft returning the model to his true race and quickly issuing an apology.

“We apologize,” a Microsoft representative told CNET. “We are looking into the details of the situation.”
