It looks like John Travolta's headed to court.

A judge has rejected Travolta's attorneys' attempt to get a case filed by a male cruise ship employee that accused Travolta of exposing himself (among other things) to be handled via arbitration rather than in open court.

Over the weekend, Dennis Jay Mayer, one half of the pair arrested on a gay cruise docked in Dominica, told KTLA that he denied having sex in public view on board. Today, other passengers from the Atlantis Events-operated cruise are claiming otherwise.
