ABCNews shines a much needed light on the need for equal rights, especially in terms of same-sex child-rearing. 

Dale Liuzza raised his son for nearly seven years in Louisiana as the primary caregiver in a same-sex relationship. The child was conceived through a surrogate, a donor egg, and a mixture of sperm from the boy’s two dads.
