Are the rehearsals (or do they call them practices?) of the 49ers and the Ravens this exhilarating? No one will ever know. But we do know one thing: we are counting the seconds until Sunday's big Beyoncé concert more impatiently than ever after laying our eyes on the first rehearsal video for the performance!

As more than 2,200 AIDS/LifeCycle participants make those of us not riding 109 miles today on a bike feel a little lazy, organizers have put together a must-watch highlight video featuring jubilant scenes from the opening ceremony and first day of the Ride on Sunday.
