MTV is airing a one hour special titled I'm Positive on World AIDS Day, Saturday, Dec. 1.  

The doc follows three young people, Kelly, Otis, and Stephanie as it explores what it means to be young and living with HIV in America today.

Looks like her publicist's hastily written late-night apology didn't do Paris Hilton much good; Logo has announced that it will not air a Paris Hilton documentary as planned due to the socialite's "most gay men probably have AIDS" comments. 

The men responsible for ensuring the groundbreaking documentary Bully not only got released, but viewed in its original, unedited format, will receive a special honor from the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network (GLSEN) on Oct. 5. Logo previously announced that it would be expanding its reach beyond gay programming, and now we're getting a better idea of what that will actually entail.

The network has just announced its new documentary series, WHAT!? Logo Documentaries and its certainly a departure from what we're used to.

After breaking records on Kickstarter, Shane Bitney Crone's cinematic tribute to his late partner and fight for full federal civil marriage rights, Bridegroom, has received the green light for production. Details follow. 

Bridegroom, the proposed full-length documentary sparked by the viral success of the tear-jerking "It Could Happen To You" video, has broken records on the fundraising site Kickstarter. 

We loved director Jeffrey Schwarz powerful, funny, and inspiring documentary, Vito, when we saw it at as the opening night gala presentation at Outfest on July 12!

The doc presents the life of one of the gay rights movement's preeminent activists, Vito Russo. Russo also authored the famed book, The Celluloid Closet, which tracked and archived LGBT presence in cinema to beginning of the artform.

HBO Documentary films is airing Vito this week.
