If you thought the dark rooms at Splash or the Mayan were the places to ring in 2011, you might have been wrong -- with Coldplay's Chris Martin on piano, Beyonce wooed audiences with a gorgeous and intimate rendition of "Halo" on New Year's Eve at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Vegas.

Glee was all about partnerships this week, and while Santana and Brittany's surprise "warm lady kisses" bedtime scene was a fun diversion (I added shirtless Chord Overstreet to soften the Sapphic blow), my favorite duet of the night was easily the final friendship sparked between Rachel and Kurt. Matthew Morrison rumbled last week that Ryan Murphy was throwing a glbt-youth/anti-bullying message into an upcoming episode, and the final scene (including heartfelt locker talk that I would have given my soul to hear during high school) felt like a last minute homage to the recent media-coverage of the age-old topic.

Pinch us (after buying us a lunchtime drink, of course) and then sit down for this surprise duet that occurred over the weekend at the Watermill Center in New York, lovelies. Once again showing that she truly knows her audience, Kylie Minogue teamed up with Rufus Wainwright for not one but four songs!
