The House of Commons passed marriage equality on Tuesday evening by a large majority! In a vote of 400 to 175 (a majority of 225), MPs have voted for same-sex civil marriage in the United Kingdom.

Famed former New York City Mayor Ed Koch has passed away at 88 years old, coincidentally on the same day that his eponymous documentary Koch opened in New York.
Queerty brought our attention to a recent interview Koch gave to DuJour where he reflects on openly gay politicians and the groundbreaking work he did to protect LGBT equality.

We love that Kelly Clarkson just gets it when it comes to a duet! She's clearly confident enough in her vocals that she doesn't feel the need to compete or overpower those that she's singing with and as a result both performances get elevated.
Why haven't we started applying that lesson to our lives?!

Katie Couric's big scoop interview with embattled Notre Dame football star Manti Te'o airs today. During it, we get our first listen at voicemails left by Manti's infamous girlfriend, Lennay Kekua, shortly before her "death." Apparently, Manti's gay friend Ronaiah Tuiasosopo was the one behind the hoax the entire time and developed "intense feelings" for the athlete during the entire episode.
