Now, Shane and a team of noteworthy producers are hoping to turn "It Could Happen To You" into a feature length documentary that'll undoubtedly turn an even larger audience on to the idea of full marriage equality.

A horrifying new ad promoting travel to the U.S. that features *shocker* a diverse selection of citizens has is set to give the international community the wrong (read: tolerant) picture of America. 

At least that's the sentiment seeping out of a pissed off Tony Perkins today, who has blasted a new tourism ad that features a diverse cross-section of Americans, including two-seconds of screen time for a gay couple.

Focus Features, the company that was honored earlier this year by the Point Foundation (the nation's largest merit-based scholarship organization for LGBT students), has once again shown their love for the gays. 

Focus announced that in celebration of their 10 year anniversary, they'll be launching "Ten Years Of Celebrating Pride" by releasing their collection of LGBT films.

Well, lesbian characters, that is. At least that's the early word on the Best Actress race in regards to Annette Bening and Julianne Moore. Though still a few months away, the ringing in of fall usually brings with it the beginning of Oscar buzz. And word is that Focus Features is planning on pushing both Annette and Julianne for hopefully nominations—but in the same category!

The two all-stars play a lesbian couple in the fantastic The Kids Are All Right, and both are more than deserving of noms. But rather than considering one of the actresses as a "supporting" role (as is often done for awards so co-stars don't cancel each other out in terms of votes), Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Focus wants both ladies nominated for Best...
