Florida Senator Marco Rubio, one of eight congressional lawmakers tasked with coming up with a plan for immigration reform, is hoping discussions on the subject steer clear of LGBT immigrants.

After all, the LGBT community is just made up of second class citizens, so who really cares if they're separated from their families? Including them in the discussion would just make things unnecessarily difficult! Obviously.

See what Rubio had to say after the jump.

We like Grindr to be treated as a meat market not as pet store, ladies.

Check out a few of our wannabe fag hags/fruit flies/bestiezzz on Grindr after the jump. Who knows maybe you'll find the Karen to your Jack?

According to Buzzfeed, Robinson is "the first out transgender leader of a national organization representing the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community," as opposed to an organization focused primarily on the transgender community.

After having to sit through NOM's attack on our community, we were on the hunt for something to make us (and you) smile this morning.

Well, it wasn't kittens, bunnies and rainbows that brightened our day. But rather, the shock and horror on these guys and gals' (mostly dudes—so tough!) faces as they walk through a Haunted House in California. Halloween is just 14 days a way, kiddies!

Check out some pics that'll give you a case of the giggles after the jump.

Lawyers defending DOMA are certainly reaching--all the way back to 1885, in fact, in their attempts to legally justify the Defense of Marriage Act and the "traditional definition of marriage."  They're arguing that an 1885 polygamy case established a traditional definition of marriage.

The current case centers around Edie Windsor, a widow suing to recoup a $350,000 federal estate tax bill she was forced to pay because DOMA prevented her marriage to a woman from being recognized by the federal government.

House Democrats are applying necessary pressure to the Obama administration to ensure that binational same-sex couples are protected from deportation.

As it stands now, a foreign same-sex partner of a US citizen has virtually no protection regarding whether they're forced to leave the country based on immigration laws.

House Reps, including Nancy Pelosi and other Democrats, want President Obama and his Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano to change that—in writing.
