We're sure Madge was losing a lot of sleep upon finding out that she was being sued by Russian anti-gay activists for hurting their feelings with her "pro-gay propaganda" at a St. Petersburg concert.
Now it looks like she'll be able to rest easy as a Russian judge has thrown out the case.

Mixed news for LGBT Russians today as the nation's Supreme Court tackled the definition of the "Gay Propaganda" ban that has been spreading like a virus around the country. While the court decided to uphold the ban of the "direct promotion of homosexuals among minors," it ruled that LGBT Pride Parades and gay rights demonstrations are not prohibited under the controversial law.

Apparently Madonna's "pro-gay propaganda" during her stop in St. Petersburg has caused anti-gay activists a lot of pain and suffering.
In fact, they're so butt hurt over her calls for tolerance that they're suing her for $10 million to ease their pain.

A bill has been introduced in Ukraine that "would impose prison terms of up to five years and unspecified fines for spreading 'propaganda of homosexuality' – defined as positive public depiction of gays in public."
The bill is apparently supported by Ukranian President Viktor Yanukovych's representative in parliament Yuri Meroshnichenko, leading many to believe that the president may support it as well.

Enforcement of anti-gay propaganda laws continued in Russia this weekend.
Gay rights demonstrators observed the Day of Silence, which draws attention to “the silencing of discrimination and crimes against sexual minorities.” Two demonstrators were arrested in St. Petersburg.
