Yesterday Paul Clement, the lawyer representing Speaker John Boehner in the U.S. House's decision to defend the "Defense Of Marriage Act," filed the first papers in the marriage equality suit brought forth by Edie Winsdor. With it, we get our initial look at how Boehner will fight for the antiquated discriminatory law in the courts, and, unsurprisingly, it ain't pretty. So, what horrible things about gays are Boehner and Clement saying in court in their fight for inequality?
