Peter Smith, a 20-year old University of Colorado Boulder student who was apprehended by Secret Service on Wednesday after attempting to "glitter-bomb" Mitt Romney, has been charged with a misdemeanor.

Today, a larger group decked out in their finest barbarian garb (Marcus infamously referred to the gay youth he attempted to endanger "convert" as "barbarians) again placed the Bachmann "clinic" within its confetti crosshairs.
