We're totally, like, not old enough to have seriously memorized the entire script of Clueless when it originally changed pop culture 17 years ago, but we can still way appreciate the cast reuniting for Good Morning Americaon Friday. Whatever. We totally didn't squeal or anything when we saw the cast of the Mean Girls prequel looking ferosh nearly two decades after they came into our our grandparents lives!

Neat trick: speaking in '90s Clueless style can serve as a sobering reminder of one's true age!

Check the reunion out after the jump as we go find a silk shirt to cry into.

The University of Virginia's Student Council is actively trying to usher its student body (and alumni) into the 21st century, by unanimously approving a resolution that condemns the unwritten insertion of the phrase "not gay" into the school's traditional "Good Ol' Song," which is sung at university sporting events.

Outsports explains that since the 1970's student's have been inserting the word "not" before the lyric "gay," which was presumably meant to mean "happy" when the song was written.

The Student Council is, rightfully, over the use of this outdated, homophobic, and inflammatory rhetoric.

The outrageously bigoted letter Maryland Rep. Emmet Burns sent the Baltimore Ravens last week to demand sanctions against Brendon Ayanbadejo for supporting the LGBT has been transformed into lots of good for the equality-minded athlete. The latest silver lining to shine his way comes in the form of praise from NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.

What does Goodell have to say about the LGBT controversy?

Well this will have us sleeping with the lights on...

Religious activist Charles Carter posted a video warning pro-gay activist Dan Savage about his imminent death. He removed the video, but it was captured by Jeremy at Good As You.

Carter claims that he wishes Savage no harm, but a video that's first screen reads "Dan Savage's days are numbered" certainly raises concern...

See for yourself after the jump.

We certainly lost a great one earlier this week. Phyllis Diller broke the original glass ceiling for funny females, along the way bashing stereotypes, championing the underdogs and becoming the queen of comedy. While tributes have been pouring in (and rightfully so), we wanted to share one of our favorite pieces to run in Instinct, when Phyllis took over the Soapbox to share hilarious wisdom back in 2007...

For all of you campers and sporting enthusiasts (or really anyone that's describing themselves as a jock on Grindr), you have a new place to buy all of your equipment!

Washington State based REI has officially endorsed marriage equality, and quite poignantly, we might add.

Team Instinct bought lots of REI camping gear to keep us warm and secure during AIDS/LifeCycle this year, so it's great to hear that we're supporting an openly pro-equality company.

Check out REI's statement after the jump!

Yet again, the Chick-fil-A press department is left to clean up the PR mess spread by anti-gay CEO and homophobic activists. In an attempt to distance itself from Wednesday's undeniably successful "Homophobia Appreciation Day," the Chick-fil-A press department has released a statement in an attempt to calm the rising reaction.

So, what does Chick-fil-A have to say about the "Appreciation Day" bestowed in its honor?

As traffic snarls outside of the nation's Chick-fil-A's with the bigot bump expected for Mike Huckabee's "Homophobia Appreciation Day," Colonel Sanders is taking a different approach to quite literally court the gays in a new sketch from Funny or Die sketch.

While we're certain "It Gets Better" a new two Democratic Super PACs want you to know that "Mitt Gets Worse," or at least it (Mitt?) could.

The new site features video testimonials from prominent members of the gay community, including Julie Goodridge, the lesbian mother who led the fight for marriage equality in Massachusetts.  In this video, she explains (in somewhat frightening detail)  how much worse it could actually get if Mitt Romney is elected.

Watch the clip after the jump.

And the parade of irrelevant former television stars continues...

Jimmie 'JJ' Walker, of the 1970's CBS sitcom Good Times, has spoken out against same-sex marriage.

You remember JJ, right? He played "JJ Evans" and coined the catchphrase, "Dyn-o-mite!"

Oh. You don't remember JJ? Us either. Still you can see what he has to say after the jump.
