A new poll from the Washington Post finally puts the hard numbers behind what the LGBT community has suspected for quite some time: America's tea baggers really, really want to limit the scope of federal government...except when it comes to letting the federal government into our bedrooms. In that case, tea baggers are completely supportive of big government keeping big homos away from civil marriage equality.
Try to wrap your minds around those logistical hoops with more deets on WaPo's new poll after the jump!

We knew that global warming was getting bad, but we didn't know that it was bad enough to freeze hell over. At least that's what some may have thought after visiting Uganda's government websites this week to find themselves greeted with pro-gay imagery and messages.
Turns out that support for the first gay Pride in the "Kill The Gays" country displayed on Uganda's official websites were the work of Anonymous, and not, in fact, pro-gay sentiment from some of the most notorious and dangerous homophobes on the planet. Whodda thunk?

Well, at least London's gay community has something to celebrate this year for Pride.
While the official London Pride events have evaporated before their queer eyes for financial, political and other reasons stemming from mis-management, British Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg has given the LGBT something tangible (and historic) to grasp onto: a rainbow flag raised above a government building for the first time in the city's history.

On Wednesday we reported that Kansas Pastor Curtis Knapp basically filled out and filed a work order request form asking the U.S. government to follow one quick Leviticus passage and exterminate all the gays. Today, he's explaining himself to CNN (and not exactly strengthening his reputation in the process).
Sure, you can likely guess the typical homophobic "clarifications" Pastor Knapp makes in his mainstream media interview, but it's still fun to follow the jump for your daily dose of lunacy. We promise!
