Paula Ettelbrick, who committed her life to LGBT activism by heading some of the country's top gay organizations, has passed away due to cancer-related causes. Reactions from some of the group's she was associated with, after the jump.

"He likes to do it all by himself," costume designer Anna Sheppard told Entertainment Weekly when asked if she helps Chris into the gear. "I think it helps him feel like a super hero." 

Somehow we know that if we helped Chris into the getup we'd figure out a way to still make him feel like a superhero. TMI? Should we cap our morning-time mimosa marathon at three?
