We take many vacations throughout the year, but none are as looked forward to as the power trip. What a coincidence, then, that our favorite last-minute vacation item (a page turner from gaydored iconic writer Jackie Collins) and our favorite trip have finally collided into one beautiful package that we simply can't put down: Jackie Collins' The Power Trip.
Use a few vacation days and go on The Power Trip with us in this week's Swag Suite! Register (it's free!) with our website then head to our Swag Suite area to enter for a chance to win an autographed copy of The Power Trip. Good luck!

So this is happening.
Writer-director Walter Hill is partnering up with The Aldrich Company to remake 1962's gothic classic, Whatever Happened To Baby Jane?, which famously starred gay icons of the golden age, Joan Crawford and Bette Davis.
We're trying to be mature about this. You tell us you're remaking Steel Magnolias; we deal. You tell us you're remaking The Sound Of Music; we deal.
We. Are. Dealing.
But how much are we supposed to take?! More after the jump. FULL STORY

If homophobic extremists really stick to their threats of banning gay-friendly companies, they'll soon be relegated to the dark ages and tasked with growing their own food, making their own clothing and figuring out which direction is "stage right" during their attempts to entertain depressed hate group members without any gays around (until the next one is born at their compound, that is).
On the heels dollar-store ripoff Crocs of yesterday's attempt by the American Family Association to rile the extreme right into a ban of gay-friendly Google comes Russian activists' push to de-Facebook the entire country due to the social network's same-sex marriage icons. Seriously.

It's time again to break out your Cher Twitter translator, Instincters.
The cherished gay icon spent the early morning hours defending herself to hordes of Twitterers after praising anti-gay TV preacher Joel Osteen for making "Every1 feel welcome to his church no matter who they are."
"I love Joel Osteen, he's an example of Christian," tweeted Cher. "I know this sounds crazy coming from me, but he's cool, upbeat, wants you to have fun, he's funny and not preachy!"

We still haven't fully recovered from a serious case of WTFs (the precise medical term, we believe) and have been practically bed ridden by our first look at Lindsay Lohan as Elizabeth Taylor in that Lifetime mess.
Now, with our hearts still sensitive to modern day portrayals of late and great gay icons, we have been given a first glimpse of Naomi Watts in Princess Diana drag.
Check out Naomi's Princess Di after the jump, and let us know what you think in the comments!
