The MLK Weekend edition of Saturday Night Live was one of the funniest of the season so far, thanks largely in part to host Jennifer Lawrence and SNL star Kate McKinnon's reproduction of Jodie Foster's Golden Globe speech. The 2013 Golden Globes had so much going for it: Tina Fey and Amy Poehler becoming the best hosts the Globes have ever seen; the SNL alum takeover of Hollywood; Jennifer Lawrence minting a new line of sassy t-shirts with her "I beat Meryl" acceptance speech; Lena Dunham finally ascending to her rightful throne. But with all the Girls making it one of the best Globes ever, it was easily Jodie Foster's raw non-coming out coming out speech that will make this awards broadcast one for the homo history books.

He may have looked more like one of her bearded baby boy lovers, but Adam Lambert was giving us nothing but Madonna at VH1 Divas with his rendition of "Ray of Light."

We still have no idea what White Collar is about because its production team continues to parade a half-naked Matt Bomer in each and every episode distracting us from what seems to be a worthwhile storyline. Not that we're complaining!

To continue drawing our eyeballs to the show, how could White Collar possibly follow up on the Matt Bomer shower scene from last week's episode? Well, by featuring more half-naked Bomer in a bathroom. It's a winning formula!

Sorry, Elisabeth Hasselbeck: for a few minutes on Tuesday you weren't the prettiest thing sitting on that horrid crescent-shaped teal couch during The View. Instead, it was the increasingly gorgeous Chris Colfer gracing the set with grace, charisma and a major side-eye delivered to homophobes who send nasty letters to Glee interns on his behalf. With the gayest night of the year (L.A. Pride) and the runner-up (the Tony Awards) now behind us and nothing but a pulsating tension headache, thin film of jello shot realness layering our lips and infinite remixes of "Call Me Maybe" stuck in our brains to remind us of the adventure, it's nice we have at least one video reminder of the Sunday night that was.

Kathy Griffin flexed her political tongue last night during a visit to Piers Morgan, where, instead of usual topics like Lindsay Lohan, Bristol Palin and Cher, the fiery redhead discussed debt ceiling, President Obama's approval rating...and Marcus Bachmann's "ex gay" problem. While watching the American Idol finale, someone very close to Mother Monster told me, "You know she lives for your people, right?" Aside from the "your people" thing, the comment struck me. It's often difficult to discern whether or not a celebrity is for real about their chosen "cause" thanks to layers of image consultants and business contracts and gossip blogs and behind-the-door deals. With Lady Gaga it's authentic. Sure, she's not and shouldn't have to be every LGBT's flavor, but it's rather astounding that the world's current biggest personality is also our closest and loudest ally.

With roughly 10 minutes of goodies and 80 minutes of fluffy filler, Glee's highly gay-nticipated "Born This Way" episode might have left a little to be desired.
