It's the end of an era. After 20 years of groundbreaking programming, In The Life Media (ITLM) has announced that the last broadcast of In The Life, television's first LGBT newsmagazine, will air in December 2012.

Instincters, starting June 1, check out Orgullo Latino, a 30-minute program airing nationally as part of PBS’ award-winning series, In The Life. The show captures the emerging movement of  LGBT Latinos in the United States.

We love the "It Gets Better" campaign, but we'd noticed that we hadn't seen any "It Gets Better" videos targeted specifically towards the transgender community.

In The Life Media presents what they're describing as "the first 'It Gets Better' video of its kind" and we think its pretty great!

In The Life, the only national TV program covering LGBT-related social issues, has honored Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by honoring the gay rights activists who follow in his footsteps.
