What's that saying about a bad penny? They always turn up? Well in this case, we're really wishing Joab Penney wouldn't.
The Florida man who entered into a fraudulent marriage with his husband via forged documents filed in Iowa is now renouncing his homosexuality and is upset that his illegal marriage hasn't been declared void.
Yeah. We were confused too.

Success in Iowa! The Iowa Supreme Court has ruled that gay couples have a legal right to be listed on a child's birth certificate.
The ruling follows a suit filed by a legally married Iowa lesbian couple who were only allowed to have the biological mother listed on their child's birth certificate.
