Academy-Award winning American Idol alum Jennifer Hudson thinks American Idol's fifteen minutes are up and that it's becoming junkyard reality TV, or so she says in so many words. 

This is exactly what we wanted when we heard Jennifer Hudson was joining Smash--an epic ballad!!

Smash composers (and executive producers) Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman crafted "I Can't Let Go" just for J. Hud's character, Veronica "Ronnie" Moore and we want MORE MORE MOORE!

TVLine reports that Oscar and Grammy winning superstar, Jennifer Hudson has signed on for a multiple episode arc in season two!
