James Franco is serving up a lipsynch video cover of Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend" because he's James Franco and he does weird shit like that. 

The video includes bad wigs and cheap lighting, none of which makes us any less eager to watch.

Men donning skirts and tights (separately or complementary) is certainly not sartorial groundbreaking. Eighteenth century aristocrats, for starters, not to mention flirtations in the fashion world periodically since the 1980s have seen adventurous souls with XY chromosomes courting these boldly ambiguous pieces.

But thanks to a few big name celebrities cosigning the looks like Justin Bieber and Kanye West (who performed at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night wearing a leather skirt and leather male leggings a.k.a. meggings), the "traditionally feminine" items are officially hyped and co-opted by men this season. Are you on board with the look that's already taken over Manhattan, London & Paris and threatens to spread to other cosmopolitan...

Now that Madonna and Lady Gaga have worked things out, Mother Monster needs to find inspiration elsewhere. Hmm. Justin Bieber, maybe?

The One & Only showed us that she has what it takes to lead the Little Monster Masses after pulling a Bieber and puking mid-performance during "Edge of Glory" in Spain. Bitch did not stop choreography or singing (Halleloo!) while she hurled over a side rail. Now that's talent. 

Yesterday, Glee hinted it will grow up a bit this coming season by releasing promo images featuring Rachel and her new sezzy classmate fling Brody culled from the show's second tribute to Britney Spears; after letting that steamy hotness hit our deprived Glee-spots, today we get to wrap our ears around two new Britney covers from the cast that'll appear in the episode: "Gimme More" and "Boys" (mashed up with Justin Bieber's "Boyfriend").

Darren Criss continues to shine beyond the Glee galaxy, with the star's latest orbit landing him in the leading role of the new promo for Fashion's Night Out 2012. Unfortunately, Darren's layered in too much clothing, err "love," as he cover's Madonna's "Dress You Up," but swoon-worthy vocals and dancing, and guest appearances by Justin Bieber, Usher and Taylor Swift still manage to make the video worth a peek.
