Almost counterintuitively, the crafty reworking is like hearing the infectious songs for the first time. Still, a hazmat suit might be required to follow the jump for the explosion of viral goodiness. 

A new poll from CNN/ORC provides great news (the highest majority of Americans yet are in favor of marriage equality) before reminding us we still have plenty of work ahead (a large majority still believes that gays can turn straight). The bittersweet details follow.

Whether he simply had a change of heart or he received death threats from Gleeks and UnaBomers, Gotye has backtracked from his harsh critique of Glee’s cover of his smash hit, “Somebody That I Used To Know.”

Not everyone can be seduced by Matt Bomer and Darren Criss. Count singer-songwriter sensation Gotye in that minority. The Australian star, who has risen to the top of the Billboard singles charts due in large part,to Glee's rendition of his single "Somebody That I Used To Know," had some harsh words for the television cover.
