Los Angeles Instincters, before you lock in those Sunday brunch plans consider scheduling a stop at the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center's "Threads Of Change" clothing drive.

Though one should regularly be tested for HIV regardless of the chance of winning an iPad by doing so, the Los Angeles Gay and Lesbian Center is celebrating extended testing capabilites (the Center can now provide 10% more HIV tests a year!) by giving away just that! Basically, anyone who goes in for a free HIV test before the end of October has a chance to win an iPad. Gotta give it to the Center for coming up with a creative way to motivate younger GLBT to regular HIV testing!

One down!
Updated, Thursday:
Los Angeles Gay & Lesbian Center Chief Executive Officer Lorri L. Jean issued a response to the Duvall fiasco.
"Even as he resigns in shame, former California Assemblymember Michael Duvall is wallowing in hypocrisy. While engaging in extra-marital affairs, he used 'family values' as a justification to vote against every ... FULL STORY
