More good news!

After the GOP-controlled Colorado House managed to let the state's civil unions bill die on the floor before it could be debated, Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper has decided to call a special legislative session to resolve the bill.

Tennesse's eye-roll inducing "Don't Say Gay" bill is again being shelved after a few months spent capturing headlines. The decision, announced today by Rep. Joey Hensley, R-Hohenwald, effectively means the bill will die at the closing of the state's legislative session.
