As we reported last week, outgoing Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta has officially announced the extension of a handful of benefits to loving same-sex military couples. 

The Uniting American Families Act—legislation that seeks to allow gay and lesbian Americans to sponsor their international partners for U.S. residency—was reintroduced into Congress on Tuesday. For the first time in the bill's history, the reintroduction included support from GOP lawmakers in the form of co-sponsors Reps. Richard Hanna (NY) and Charlie Dent (PA). 

Looks like we're getting more J.Lo, Instincters! Or at least a Jennifer Lopez-produced television series.

ABC Family has officially picked up to series la diva Latina's lesbian-centered family drama pilot, The Fosters.

When did baked goods become so political? Ace of Cakes star Duff Goldman finds it odd that his job as a cake decorator can help right an injustice, but he's happy to help the Oregon lesbian couple we told you about on Monday that was denied service by a bigoted baker. 

Aaron Klein, owner of Sweet Cakes Bakery in Gresham, Oregon, is being investigated by the state after denying service to a lesbian couple in need of a wedding cake. 

Big news from the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center (LAGLC)!

The LGBT organization has done something unprecedented. Right now, about 80% of the LGBT leadership in China is at the Center for an advanced training program.  They're currently learning from more than 25 of the most seasoned LGBT leaders in the United States. 

This could have an huge impact on the Chinese LGBT movement.
