Instinct cover guy, Adam Lambert joined iconic diva, Cyndi Lauper for a duet performance of Tears for Fears' "Mad World," per La Lauper's request at Sunday's second annual "Cyndi Lauper & Friends: Home for the Holidays." The event brings awareness to LGBT homeless youth.

Adam killed "Mad World" on American Idol back in the day, so we knew we were in for a treat, but there's something even more special about watching him keep it together while he's clearly stanning out over performing a duet with Cyndi!

Definitely something to watch. Let us know what you think of the dynamic duo after the jump!

Good news for homeless LGBT youth—and fans of Bea Arthur (and the two aren't necessarily mutally exclusive)!

The New York City Council and the Manhattan borough president has designated $3.3 million to renovate a city-owned building, which will be transformed into a new 18-bed shelter for homeless LGBT youth.

The new space will be named after Golden Girls star, Bea Arthur!

More after the jump.

It's no secret that the Ali Forney Center, helmed by Instinct Leading Man Carl Siciliano, is one of our favorite organizations. They do consistent invaluable work providing shelter to homeless LGBT youth and working as advocates for LGBT youth and young adults.

In conjunction with their 10-year anniversary, they're also hosting their 3rd annual summer fundraising benefit, Oasis, with Barclays acting as the presenting sponsor for the 2nd year in a row.

Now who could be the host for such an auspicious occasion? How about the one and only, Parker Posey?!

Event details after the jump!
