Lindsay Lohan has signed on the dotted line and is set to star as THE Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime Original Movie, Liz & Dick.

Lifetime Originals, forever the punchline of countless catty jokes, has all its royal ducks in a row in a brilliant move that could land lots of viewers on the network around April 29, the day Prince William and Kate Middleton tie the knot. The network has fast-tracked production and already started casting William and Kate, an original movie that will chronicle the royal couple's nine-year relationship, culminating in the marriage proposal. Edge of Darkness actor Nico Evers-Swindell (pictured) has been tapped to make Prince William much, much hotter, but Lifetime has yet to officially cast the role of Kate. Any suggestions, Instincters?
