Southwest Airlines Pilot James Fritzen Taylor, who was suspended and forced into diversity training after a lengthy rant about "grannies and gay" flight attendants, has issued a written apology for what he agrees were "truly insensitive" comments. Read Taylor's statement, after the jump.
