We know some folks don't consider themselves Little Monsters, but one Lithuanian man took his detestation for Lady Gaga and gays to the extreme by invoking a very different kind of monster.

Though it would put the country in blatant violation of European Union human rights policy, lawmakers in Lithuania have proposed legislation that would make gender reassignment surgery illegal. More after the jump.
