Ho hum. When bigotry doesn't rule the day, some people just get grumpy. When they cannot infringe upon the rights of others, republicans in Minnesota set up a petition to "help stop Mark Ritchie." How or what they plan to do in order to do this remains unclear, but there is  a petition, gosh darn it! We have whatever shady details there are after the jump.
