The Matthew Shepard and James Byrd Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act will get its first big day in court after two men from Harlan County, Kentucky were indicted for kidnapping and assaulting a gay man today. Details follow.

Glee made sure every gay eyeball was focused on its return to TV last night by securing the openly hot Matt Bomer in the role of Blaine's (Darren Criss) long lost brother. But the episode left us with plenty of questions about the Brothers Anderson, only one of which is kid friendly: what would a Cooper Anderson's (Bomer) video audition for Michael Bay look like?
