Oscar Sunday has arrived!

In a year with many amazing performances, the most hotly anticipated race seems to be in the "Best Actress" category. Shocking, we know.

Now we love a good diva throwdown and we couldn't be more impressed with the grande dames involved this year, but honestly it's like our own Sophie’s Choice.

At this point it looks like it's really come down to two performers...maybe three...

To whet our whistles even more for Michelle Williams's stunning performance in My Week With Marilyn (out Wednesday, 11/23), some smart souls have released a mash-up of one gorgeous big-eyed female we love with another gorgeous big-eyed female we love: Marilyn + Katy Perry. I was hesitant to develop optimism that Michelle Williams would do Marilyn Monroe proud after that iffy Vogue spread last month. Gotta say that this new pic sweeps away any remaining criticisms of Michelle being cast in the titular role!
