If there ever was a reason to publish two Quote/Unquote features in a single day, it comes from straight ally and gorgeous songstress Nelly Furtado, who recently vocalized her support for marriage equality.

“I’m proud to live in Canada, a country that supports gay marriage, because I can speak openly about it to my child,” Nelly says in South Florida's She magazine. “Children shouldn’t be raised in a bubble. There’s nothing wrong with it, so why wouldn’t I treat it as normal?”

Nelly Furtado, absent from the solo-scene for a few years too long now, returns filled with the holy spirit in the music video for "Night Is Young."
