The team behind the Archie Comics are showing no sign of steering away from controversy! The comic series introduced its first gay character, Kevin Keller back in 2010 (via Veronica, naturally) and now its introducing another first:

Kevin's first lip-lock! Yep, Kevin Keller's getting some comic-panel lovin' and the One Million Moms are gonna freak!

The One Million Moms already proved they were delusional when they came up with their name--we're guessing Three Hundred Twenty Seven Hags didn't have the same ring to it--but now they've topped themselves.

The Moms are now taking credit for The New Normal's cancellation.

One Million Moms is already off to its next destined-to-fail boycott, this time focusing its claws on Disney World's internationally-known Gay Days event. Claiming the invent's sole purpose is to desensitize children to transvestites and the "homosexual agenda," OMM has had it! with the sea of red, vibe of peace and harmless fun had by thousands during the annual event. 

With Bryan Fischer declaring that the Boy Scouts of America dropping their anti-gay policy will basically make it open season for pedophiles, it was inevitable that  the One Million Moms would get in on the action.

We may still be a bit fuzzy in the head from the final night of 2012, but we have no trouble remembering those who made last year one for the LGBT record books. Who will be on the right side of history and who will be in the wrong when texts recall the year that was 2012? After fighting oh so gallantly, the anti-gay One Million Moms are laying down their swords and moving on from their battle with JC Penney and Ellen DeGeneres.

One Million Moms is going after JC Penney again after they had to utter gall to use Ellen DeGeneres (you know, that spokesperson they paid a bajillion dollar to?) in their latest Christmas ad. 

This is, of course, because Ellen's lesbian cooties will clearly corrupt the elves that join her in the funny (and completely innocuous) spot.

The New Normal was renewed for a second season, but you can bet the dozen or so "One Million Moms" won't be liking the show's Facebook page anytime soon. In a new email blast, the American Family Association subgroup once again lashes out at the TV comedy, this time for giving pop-culture such campy lines like "Jesus was ripped." 

So, just how fast are One Million Moms' heads spinning?

We know One Million Moms and NOM members secretly love The New Normal and watch every night curled up with the only men in their lives: Ben & Jerry, so we wonder if they got the message in last night's episode of the great gay show?

With their past strategies having failed, One Million Moms is taking a page from the Bush years and resorting to a new tactic in its fight against a show from the future: preemptive strikes. 

We reported back in July that ABC Family had greenlit a new series, produced by Jennifer Lopez's Nuyorican Producations, that follows a lesbian couple raising a family.

Apparently the One Million Moms are a bit slow on the uptake (shocker), because the news has just now been spotted by their radar and they're on the attack.

We're sure J.Lo's shaking in her Louboutins.
