Openly gay U.S. Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) will retire, news sources are reporting this morning. Later today, Frank is expected to officially announce that he will not seek re-election in 2012. Following the leaked news ahead of Frank's announcement, GOProud ignores the high road with a derogatory Tweet issued at the lawmaker's expense.
