A vote on marriage equality in Parliament is now threatened after reports that the Labour party could derail the entire legislation if it joins forces with Torys to vote in favor of granting civil partnerships to heterosexual couples. More on the potential hurdles below.

Yesterday we learned that Lady Gaga did not want to be BFFs with Target any longer, and was pulling out of a deal for the retailer to carry a special edition of Born This Way based on its anti-gay political donations. Late last night, Target responded.

"We were very surprised and disappointed by the statements made by Lady Gaga's organization related to her partnership with Target," the company said in a statement. "Target remains committed to the LGBT community as demonstrated by our contributions to various LGBT organizations, our recently established Policy Committee to review our political giving and our respectful, inclusive workplace environment."
