On Wednesday we reported that Kansas Pastor Curtis Knapp basically filled out and filed a work order request form asking the U.S. government to follow one quick Leviticus passage and exterminate all the gays. Today, he's explaining himself to CNN (and not exactly strengthening his reputation in the process). 

Sure, you can likely guess the typical homophobic "clarifications" Pastor Knapp makes in his mainstream media interview, but it's still fun to follow the jump for your daily dose of lunacy. We promise!

These kinds of stories are making the headlines in the wake of President Obama's evolution because these bigots who hide behind their narrow interpretation of the Bible are finally (and rightfully) regarded by the mainstream as extremist and fringe.
