While Philadelphia is seeking to become "the world's most LGBT friendly city," some lawmakers are attempting to ban same-sex marriage via the state's constitution.

What's that saying about a bad penny? They always turn up? Well in this case, we're really wishing Joab Penney wouldn't. 

The Florida man who entered into a fraudulent marriage with his husband via forged documents filed in Iowa is now renouncing his homosexuality and is upset that his illegal marriage hasn't been declared void.

Yeah. We were confused too.

Rep. Brian Sims, one of Pennsylvania's first out lawmakers, praises Philadelphia today for passing an extensive LGBT health bill that may be groundbreaking for a large American city. 

Hopper Penn might be following to closely to his outspoken father's footsteps. The 19-year old son of Sean Penn is in hot water after shoving a paparazzo while calling him "faggot" and "n-gger."

A Change.org petition has formed after the school board governing Chambersburg Area Senior High School denied the formation of a gay/straight alliance (GSA).

This past June we reported that Donald Trump was suing former Miss Pennsylvania Sheena Monnin after she made public allegations that the Miss USA pageant was rigged and that the winners had been decided beforehand. She used this as her rationale for dropping out of the competition, as opposed to her very vocal opposition to the inclusion of transgender females in the pageant.

Well, the Donald made good on his promise to sue.

One Million Moms is going after JC Penney again after they had to utter gall to use Ellen DeGeneres (you know, that spokesperson they paid a bajillion dollar to?) in their latest Christmas ad. 

This is, of course, because Ellen's lesbian cooties will clearly corrupt the elves that join her in the funny (and completely innocuous) spot.
