Is notorious flip-flopper making promises to Log Cabin Republicans behind closed doors?

After speaking with the Log Cabin Republican's executive director, R. Clarke Cooper, The Nation's Ben Adler theorizes that the Governor may have made a big promise to the LCR regarding the Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA). The act will protect gay, lesbian, and trangender Americans from employment discrimination.

The question is, will he keep it once his anti-gay supporters (who he's also made promises to) get wind of it.

President Joyce Banda, the newly sworn in leader of Malawi, started off her term in a big way on Friday: by promising to repeal the African nation's anti-gay laws. 

Liberia's homophobia problem has been a roller coaster ride of clarifications and retractions throughout 2012. But after a militant group published a "hit list" targeting known members of the LGBT acronym living in the African nation that worried the world last week, the Liberian government made its strongest case of support for its gay community yet. 

It flew under the gaydar last week but word that Mitt Romney has promised to "propose and promote" a constitutional amendment banning marriage equality is now garnering the attention it deserves.

Brad Pitt has been a vocal and financial supporter of marriage equality in California. He's famously promised time and time again that he will not marry Angeline Jolie until all couples are allowed access to the right. But his love for the mother of his children might be stronger than his patience as he hints to the Hollywood Reporter that we might hear wedding bells ring for the A-Listers before we hear them ring for same-sex couples. His recent stalling and silence on the matter has spoken volumes, but today Gov. Chris Christie has finally spoken about New Jersey's marriage equality bill that's gained steam in recent weeks. So, what does Gov. Christie have to say?

Newt Gingrich sank to a new low this morning when he scribbled his signature on the National Organization for Marriage's anti- "Marriage Pledge." That's right—the man who cheated on his cancer-stricken wife and married two of his mistresses vows (no pun intended) to continue "protecting" marriage. Details follow. 

Unhappy that Rick Perry is inching-in on his homophobic demographic, Newt Gingrich came out swinging against the homosezzual agenda on Monday in a letter to anti-gay hate group the Family Leader. In it, the thrice-married and serial-adulterer Gingrich pledges to "defend marriage" against filthy homos.
